Boomer

Boomer has been published. Kindle version is available.

All baby boomers are not the same. There are many strains of differences. The common suburban strain of long hair, dope smoking, and economic opportunity was a myth in some urban neighborhoods where work-a-day conservatism fought against changes to the status quo. Rather than seeing the possibility of future gains, they focused on the loss of certainty.
In Boomer, the stories range from the stress of growing up and coming-of-age to those of escaping in the military and in college. Navigating personal quirks and boomer dreams leads to romance and also to career, where new insights are gained, until finally the challenges which have been common across culture and time.
