Technical Writing Course

I just finished a technical writing course. It wasn’t quite what I expected, but a twist to expectations is often a good thing.

The course and text focused on writing for the business world—email, letters, proposals, progress reports, instructions, and resumes. I learned techniques for presentation, focus, and organization that I’ll be using in future essays and posts.

Some of my classmates mentioned they wish they had my “Letting Your Subconscious Work for You” instructions to read before the semester began. The instructions essay describes a technique I’ve used since college.

It’s long enough that it will be my next entry.
